Jozankei is an onsen/hot spring town close to Sapporo.We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed the beautiful autumn leaves and food.
My son wanted to do fishing so I found this beautiful farm which offers fishing, fruits picking and tree walk. Perfect to spend a relaxing day here.
Once you get there, you can pay the entrance fee and choose activities of your choice at the reception. They will give you a basket for the fruits.
Kids wanted to do the tree walk but unfortunately they were too small to do it. Have to be more than 110cmtall. We have to come back again!
Early Oct, we were able to find nice apples, grapes and chestnuts. You can buy the fruits you picked if you like.
There is also a small play ground. The kids just enjoyed swinging in a nice weather.
Fishing was also fun and my son really enjoyed it. It was his highlight of the day. We caught one fish and we grilled and ate the fish there. If you catch a fish you have to take it home or eat there not allowed to release. All the gears are included in the fishing package.
